Please join PANA, NALSA, and Professor Ned Blackhawk of the Yale American
Studies Department for a discussion with Judge Amanda Rockman. Judge Rockman is
a trial court judge for the Ho-Chunk Nation of Wisconsin. She will speak about
the development of the Ho-Chunk tribal court system and its jurisprudence. A
brief interview with Judge Rockman is available at:

There will also be a dinner with Judge Rockman at Royal Palace after the talk.
